Organization
People, access, security and settings.
People and roles
Organization → Team holds everybody, with three roles:
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing, organization settings and deletion. |
| Admin | Manage people and projects; delete other people's work. |
| Member | Do the work: write cases, run them, review verdicts. |
Invitations are sent by email and expire after 7 days.
Project access
A project is visible to everybody in the organization, or only to the people named on it. Owners and admins always see every project.
Security
- Two-factor (TOTP with single-use recovery codes), which an owner can require for everybody. Turning it on stops the next request from anybody who has not enrolled, rather than signing everyone out.
- Sessions — see your own on your profile; on Business, an owner sees everybody's and can end them.
- API tokens and connected assistants — see AI assistants.
Settings worth knowing
- Thresholds — when a turn counts as slow, and when a run gives up.
- Priorities and case statuses — your organization's own vocabulary.
- Generated values — the language and email domain
${name}and${email}use. - Data and retention — how long evidence is kept.
