Evidence and sign-off
What a run keeps, how long, who signs it, and the audit log behind all of it.
What is kept
Every automated run keeps video, a full execution trace, the screenshot each checkpoint judged, and any file the app downloaded. Manual runs keep each step's result, note and screenshot. Every edit to a case keeps a snapshot and a line saying what changed.
How long
| Plan | Evidence kept |
|---|---|
| Free | 30 days |
| Team | 90 days |
| Business | Configurable, up to 7 years |
Retention is set under Organization → Settings → Data and retention. Storage is metered per organization: 1 GB on Free, 25 GB on Team, 250 GB on Business.
Artifacts
The Artifacts page lists everything a project has stored, by run, with what it is and when it will be removed. Owners and admins can delete a file before retention does — and that deletion is itself an audit event.
Signing off
A run report and a milestone report can be signed. Signing records who signed it, when, and a digest over every piece of evidence behind it. From then on the database refuses to change that run's verdicts, so a signed record cannot quietly move.
Reports are print-ready: print, or save as PDF, from the page.
The audit log
One log per organization, covering every project: who ran what, who changed a case, who reviewed a verdict, who signed a report, who invited or removed somebody.
- Every entry is hash-chained to the one before it, so changing or removing one breaks the chain and shows.
- Nothing edits it. The only removal is retention, which prunes the whole log by age after twelve months.
- It can be exported, and taking an export is itself an entry.
