A seat is a person who uses Cettara. AI credits are what checkpoints, visual conditions, Do steps and Task steps use when they ask the model — that’s the only part of this that costs money to run so it’s also the only part we meter (everything else is unlimited on every plan).

No. Each month’s allowance lasts that month (and annual plans too — an annual subscription is topped up every month not handed a year at once). AI credits you buy are different: a pack lasts a year.
Two months. Team is $29 a month or $290 a year (extra seats work the same way) and AI credits are included the same way — annual is a discount on price, not on plan.
Team seats 5 people and Business seats 20. Beyond that it’s $5 a month each on Team and $3.95 on Business (that’s what its included seats cost so a Business seat costs what every other one does). You can’t invite beyond your seats until you add seats on the billing page, so no-one gets charged for a seat you didn’t choose.
